Licensee: The purchaser of this product

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included audio recordings (the “Works”) in the following ways:

• Use in personal creative projects (art, generative visuals, audio visuals, experimental work, installations, student films, podcasts, etc.)

• Background use in unmonetized social media posts, YouTube, Twitch, and similar online platforms (non-commercial contexts)

•  Educational, research, and portfolio projects

2. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

• Use the Works in advertising, promotional campaigns, or branded content

• Use the Works in film, TV, or large-scale commercial projects (sync licensing is not included, please email to obtain one)

• Upload or distribute the Works as standalone music on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, etc.)

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the Works (including stems) in any form, such as sample packs or sound libraries

• Claim authorship or copyright ownership of the Works

3. Attribution

Credit to Different Signal is appreciated but not required.

4. Ownership

All rights remain with Different Signal. The Licensee is granted usage rights only; copyright is not transferred.

5. Liability

The Works are provided “as-is” without warranty. The Licensor is not liable for any damages resulting from their use.
